Mienai Mono no Shōgen was produced for the Tokyo Bright Gallery PHOTO CONTEST exhibition.

The exhibition layout was randomly trimmed and printed double-sided on tracing paper. Because of the instability of printing on such thin material, traces of ink smudges and minor imperfections remain throughout the book. These variations are part of the handmade character of each copy.
