Walking and Photographing: The photographs in this book were taken in
Caracas from 2003 to 2016, during my annual visits to my father until his passing. These images depict scenes from my walks to the places I frequented while living in Caracas and studying art at the Central University of Venezuela. Over time, this walk evolved into a sort of ritualistic loop, repeated with each visit, during which I observed a steadily decreasing number of familiar faces.

Caminando y Fotografiando: Las fotografías en este libro fueron tomadas en Caracas en el periodo de 2003 a 2016, durante mis visitas anuales a mi padre hasta su fallecimiento. Estas imágenes capturan escenas de mis caminatas a los lugares que solía frecuentar mientras vivía en Caracas y estudiaba Arte en la Universidad Central de Venezuela. Con el tiempo, estas caminatas se transformaron en una especie de ciclo ritual que repetía en cada visita, observando cada vez un menor número de rostros conocidos.
