Last weekend our friend from Playbutton invited us to share a booth in Brooklyn Night Bazaar in Williamsburg.The place was packed with vendors with their own ideas and styles but the one that attracted me the most was the one desolated table that was giving away free books. Inspired by them, I decided to do an experiment with a blank notebook and pens; “make your own page and help us to make a book”. People responded immediately by taking the opportunity of being creative.

 先週末、Playbuttonの友達に誘われてウィリアムスバーグで開催されたBrooklyn Night Bazaarに参加してきました。独自のアイディアやスタイルでところ狭しと並べられたベンダーの中で一番私の興味を引いたのが無料で本を提供してくれている誰もいないテーブルでした。その居心地の良さから学んで自分のブースで無地のノートとペンで実験してみることに。

「好きにページを作って本作りに協力して下さい」

結果は思いがけず大盛況。

人は機会を与えられれば創造力を発揮するんだな、と思いました。
